To support installation, maintenance, and repair of [equipment/systems, e.g., industrial machinery, medical devices, telecom infrastructure] while gaining hands-on technical experience in real-world field service operations.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior engineers to install, troubleshoot, and repair [specific equipment]
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of systems at client sites
• Assist with diagnosing technical issues using diagnostic tools/software
• Document service activities, including parts used and work performed
• Travel to customer sites (local/regional) to support service calls
• Maintain and organize service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company/industry standards

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related technical field
• Basic understanding of relevant systems, HVAC, robotics, networking
• Familiarity with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment
